AAFES drop shipment using fragilepac/delivery for Freight. The numbers change because are brooker/ who coordinates delivery from Origin to Customer For Independent haulers. Always use the link from AAFES in order history for any updates. I had this happen on all my shipments large items from AAFES. AAFES also provide basic installation and haul away. When they call i always have them give details on shipment ie trac number , delivery address and customer name. Any updates or changes should be reflected of AFFES order history. The delivery service is free and you should not give any credit card information

I ordered furniture over the phone from a furniture retailer (BBB rating A+). I was advised I would be contacted by the shipper to schedule delivery when the items were prepared to ship. The caller correctly identified the retailer I purchased from and asked for a delivery date. Delivery is pending, no reason to suspect ill intent.

impersonating delivery tracking call (Scam call) reported by


i ordered from shopmyexchange a microwave on 1/4/22 and it disappeared and i reported it to our NYS attorney general. in these 2 months a bevy of impersonators have tried to garner entry to my home and commit fraud by impersonating the actual delivery process. this fragilepak setup originally called from a 702 number, but immediately these 720 numbers kept calling as if that was the process. i was suspect but those area codes could be connected to shopmyexchange warehouses or whatever since its you know for the military store, but its only been scams and the emails try to get you to click tracking links. the info on the aafes website is different than the fragilepak scam and the texts come in on cue looking like this: https://pdib.page.link/4TRX5. when i searched that info, it wasnt a company it was some citizen named anthony . the list goes on and on. basically the microwave still isnt known as its status and i decided to just let the NYS atty general address the consumer fraud issue. She should be in touch this week. Do not trust is my advice.

I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts: people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different companies, but for sure some general call center. I recommend to block the whole 7205837xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

I believe this guy because i ordered as a veteran from shopmyexchange who uses fragilepak but my large appliance has been missing 2 months now and a bunch of impersonators keep trying to claim they are delivery. i couldnt find this info online even in a special site i pay for to clarify this sort of thing. i think hes got the best advice to block the whole 7205837*** range so i have.
