They said they didn’t cover the prescription for my pain cream. When I told them I didn’t know that they were from my pharmacy and I said I didn’t order and I was going to say pain cream they hung up on me.

They called me right at 8am on a Sat. I instantly answered and said take me off your call list. A woman said she is not trying to sell me anything and then went right into her sales pitch. She stated I requested CBD oil, which I never have. I hung up on her.

I have had many calls from this number and never a voicemail when I did not answer. I finally did pick up and someone asked for me by name. I said, Who is this?" The person, a woman with a heavy accent, gave me a first name and launched into some sales pitch. I could not understand half of what she said, so hung up. I continue to get several calls a day from this number. They are very annoying so I am blocking the number.

call came in at 8;25A.M. ON 7/6/2018 I LET IT GO TO MY ANSWERING MACHINE, NO MESSAGE LEFT. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK A SECOND TIME, 727-440-8815 PRESSED NUMBER ONE AS DIRECTED TO SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. FEMALE ANSWERS WITH USUAL PITCH OF THANK YOU, I PROCEEDED TO INTERRUPT BY REPREMANDING A COLD CALL COMING TO ME AT 8;25A.M. WHICH IS AGAINST COLD CALLING PROTOCALL. SHE THEN SAYS "I CALLED THEM". I RECORDED THE INITIAL CALL FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY FROM THEM TO ME AT 8:25A.A.M.ON THIS MORNING OF 7/6/2018. I THEN ASKED HER WHERE SHE WAS CALLING FROM SHE SAID UTAH, WHILE USING MY FIRST NAME AT THE SAME TIME EACH TIME. I STATED TO HER THAT I PRESSED NUMBER 2 TO BE PLACE ON A DO NOT CALL LIST WHEN I CALLED BACK THE FIRST TIME, WHICH RAISED A QUESTION TO CALL BACK THAT SECOND TIME, AND HERE IS WHY, A DIFFERENT NUMBER CAME THROUGH AS: 274-408-8152 WHICH IS A WISCONSIN AREA CODE NOT UTAH. THIS IS MY REASONING TO CALL THIS A SCAM, SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A COMPANY NAME, I SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY REPEATED REMOVE ME FROM THT COLD CALLING LIST AND HUNG UP.

I've answered this number many times to get either silenve proceeded by being hung up on while other times when they do answer, will proceed to tell me about a product (tho muffled enough as not distinguish what this item actually is) claiming that I've ordered and are going to reorder for me. Now despite me never having had ordered anything to begin with I've continued advising them of such including the request for them not to call me again. This has been an ongoing problem as they have not yet nor I've discovered WILL NOT discontinue the at all hour harassing calls. They have forced me to block them and am now advising others to do the same before you end up buying something that you don't want.
