Annoying ass company. I made arrangements to pay my daughter's note for next few payments until she gets her first full check from her new job. I offered to pay an extra $30 every 2 wks because she's behind. The arrangement was accepted but someone still calls nearly every day THEN reads the notes on the account that payments have been paid and arrangements made. I've only talked to 1 or 2 decent reps, the rest of them...not so much.

The Lady on the phone asked for the owner I said he wasn't in so she said she would called back the next day I said he wouldn't be in so she said she would try the next week. They have called before I don't think they will give up.

Answered once, and noticed immediately it was one of those companies offering me something i have no interest in. Plus person has no experience with customer service since they seemed to have difficulty talking. I blocked them and they still call me like 3 times a day, its getting annoying. PLEASE AVOID ANSWERING TO THIS BLOODY HELL OF A NUMBER.
