Left a message saying I qualify for a discount on my energy bill. The only , I isacuisnt with them (Scam call) reported by

They left a message saying that I qualify for a discount on my energy bill. The only problem is, I don't have an account with that company. Further adding to the evidence against this caller is that their area code is different from the one that this company Works in. Quite obviously some kind of scam.

I answered the call, no one talked, they just hung up about 10 seconds later. I hate it when that happens. I called the number back, would not let me talk, I was blocked.
