SPAM! Caller ID-- El Centro. "This is [didn't get name] from Warranty Solutions. I am calling regarding the warranty on your vehicle. Your information did not transfer correctly to my computer. May I get your name for the warranty on your vehicle?" Asked for company name, her name [she wouldn't give it], if she was in El Centro, CA ["yes, we are all across the California"], which of my bicycles she needed warranty info about, and where this supposed bad transfer of information to her computer was coming from ["the marketing department"]. Once she asked again about my vehicle, I said I rode a bike, she hung up.

Scam!! Listened to the message, pressed 1 to have them remove me from their list. They answered "Carpet Masters". When I asked to be removed from their call list, I was promptly hung up on. Carpet Master website indicated they do not use telephone solicitation - this is a scam!
