Several “who called me?” type websites report this number multiple times with a pattern consistent with scammers. The callers ask for “head of household” meaning they don’t know who they are calling. If they reach someone they ask for money for a police charity. These are always phony, as real police officers have noted on other sites. That the call is labeled as coming from Earp, CA (almost certainly spoofed) is kind of funny. Earp is a tiny town in unincorporated San Bernardino County in the Sonoran Desert on the border between California and Arizona. It’s population is listed as about 1200, living in 626 “housing units”. Curiously, there are apparently about 1600 housing units in the town. Maybe that’s why it’s also on a list of ghost towns! If it’s not a spoofed number, it should be easy to ID and shut down this pest.

a man comes on the line after a couple seconds, asked for me by name. he went into a speech about law enforcement and needing donations. at this point, I tell him I am calling the local sheriff and reporting him. my entire family is/was law enforcement, THEY DO NOT CALL ASKING FOR DONATIONS. EVER. THIS IS A SCAM!
