Caller ID said the caller was Vons. I didn't answer. No voicemail was left. I tried calling the number back, but it said call cannot be completed as dialed as the called party is busy. Blocked number

10-9-17 Automated recording begins with.."We are committed to providing quality customer service, please hold for next available representative to assist you with your Auto insurance quote.." then a female voice suddenly speaks, Hello, Helloo, Hello? I hung up since I did not reach out to anyone for an auto insurance quote.. they called back 2 more times. I did not answer...10-11-17 Now they're calling randomly throughout past 2 days. SO GLAD I HAVE "SHOULD I ANSWER APP" Thank you App for sparing me grief of hearing my phone ring needlessly.
