(Didn’t see an ensuing “detail description” space, apologies). As stated in the Category selection, my mother passed away owing QVC a few hundred $; Portfolio has been calling her landline # for TWO YEARS now.

They called me at 2 in the morning asking for my mother, so I thought maybe it was important. There was a long pause, it sounded as if there was talking in the background, a loud beep, then the call was ended. I am quite confused as to what the purpose of the call was.
