Portfolio Recovery Specialists. These are possibly the lowest of the low. These bottom feeding Inhabitents of the inner rings of hell will buy debt that is no longer legally recoverable or enforcible. Yet they will hound you day-and-night with a multitude of numbers so be consistantly vigilant. It's like playing a never ending game of whack-a-mole with these people. The debt is not legal nor enforceable. They will send you letters politely asking for you to pay debt and if you read it carefully, they will tell you that. Do not pay them. Do not answer. Do not negotiate. If you do, that will start the whole process over again and the clock restarts. You do not want to do that. This is no longer legally enforcible debt.This debt is sometimes 15, 20. or 25 years old. Yet that doesn't stop them. And they call and they call and they call. They will use tactics that are illegal. Do not answer. These people are the lowest form of life. Sometimes I don't even think they're alive. Remember Portfolio. Recovery. Specialists. May they be banished to hell forever.

They have been calling for years asking for a person I hardly knew from many years ago and have not seen in 5+ years. They use many different numbers so I just keep blocking as new ones call. It will seem as if they have left a voicemail sometimes but it is always about 30 seconds of nothing. These people are a waste of time & space.
