They call and call, but never leave a message. Then, if you do pick up, they read a script that makes it sound like they are some friend before they start in on "I'm with the Michigan women's cancer fund..." Not sure what they say after that because I hung up before promptly blocking the number.

The losers from this line claim to be collecting for Breast Cancer Research, "just trying to help our sisters and the ladies out there". They do not honor your request to be taken off of their do not call list. The do not respect people, so I have no doubts that women with breast cancer never see a penny of any money you would be fool enough to contribute to their "cause". They always open with a lie and a "joke". "It is harder to get hold of you than my teen-aged children", or harder to "get hold of you than getting my husband to pick up his socks." I am disabled and home all of the time, and also have an answering machine, so the have NOT tried to reach me before any of the calls where I spoke with them and asked to be placed on their do not call list.
