Claimed he needed my bank account and debit card in to send me money for a pre approved loan. Said that money would be deposited into my account but that I had to send $680 out of $703.00 back using money gram in order to get the $10,000.

Texted me saying I was approved (Financial services) reported by RVA mom
Very interesting text with very specific set of terms, I was approved for $2000-10,000 loan. This was for 36 mos term etc yet the spelling was poor and English is not the first language as phrasing was odd, etc. The final clue was there is no way I give my bank info over text to someone I don’t know.

JOHN DAVIS TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED FOR A $5000 LOAN BUT WANTED ME TO GET AN ACCT WITH PNC, TD BANK OR USA BANK...ADVISED I HAD BEEN WITH MY BANK FOR OVER 10 YRS AND WHY DID I NEED ANOTHER ACCT JUST FOR A LOAN...I ADVISED THIS WAS A SCAM AND I WAS REPORTING COMPANY TO THE BBB, FCC, AND HOMELAND SECURITY...BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE PROBABLY 6 OR 7 DIFFERENT ENTITIES THAT THEY ARE USING AND THE REP THAT CALL HAS A VERY THICK ASIAN OR ASIAN PACIFICER ACCENT!!!!!

I got a email saying that I had been approved for a loan up to $10,000 dollar and after calling and talking to John Davis I told him I only need $6000. He claim I could getthe loan but everytime it was time for me to receive the loan he would come up with some reason as to why I couldn't get it yet. When at was all said and done it was a TOTAL SCAM
