SCAM CALL (Scam call) reported by Consumer Beware!!!
They have been calling me for months claiming I purchased some products and I refused the delivery several times. Then the scammer says they are taking me to court. I say fine send me a letter with the information of your company so I can give it to my lawyer. You are a scammer I don't owe anything I will see you in court. It's been several months of these phone calls. This company needs to be shut down. SCAMMER ALERT. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

FOR. THE COMPANY IN MIAMI WAS NEUTRAL. I HAD TO PA THEM 400.00 DOLLARS OR THEY WILL TAKE ME TO COURT AD PAY THEM 5000. I TOLD THEM TO GO AND FLY A KITE. KNOWING WAS A SCAM.

This hooligan/theif was trying to scam us out of money by saying that we didn't follow through with a contact for a purchase of vitamins. I'm a native fluent Spanish speaker and he was talking too fast even for me. He said that failure to fulfill the agreement could result in judicial action and a fine of $5000. The spammer kept repeating "judicial proceedings" as a way to intimidate us. He had the audacity of saying that the "evidence" had been approved by a public notary and that to them meant that it could now be used in a judicial proceedings. FOR THE RECORD: In the United States, and I say this with respect, A notary public is a state-appointee that functions as a witness for the state and NOT a "notario publico" like in Latin-American countries. Este sin vergüenza nos estaba tratando de estafar al decir que no cumplimos con un contrato por la compra de unas vitaminas. Yo soy un Hispanio-parlante nativo y aun así el hablaba demasiado rapido. El nos díjo que al no cumplir con el contrato podría resultar en una multa de $5000 y en procedimientos judiciales. El estafador repetia "procedimientos judiciales" como una manera de intimidarnos. Fue tan audaz que nos díjo que la evidencia habia sido aprovada por un notario publico y que hora podría cer utilizada en un caso judicial. ATTENCIÓN MI GENTE: Un notario publico en Estados Unidos son testigos appuntados por el Estados. ¡NO SON LA MISMA COSA COMO EN PAÍSES LATINO-AMERICANOS! ¡NO SON ABOGADOS ENTRENADOS
