Years ago, mother order a product that was to help for her diabetes but she did not give her card or anything. The product did not work and mother did not order anymore. The kept calling and calling so that she order more and the answer was no for each time. My father who is disabled and cannot make decisions picked up the phone and they say that my father authorized it and sent the product COD in the mail. I told them that the product will be returned and to stop calling. They stated that they will continue to call.

They are calling me looking for someone else. When I tell them that they have the wrong number they are still calling me this has been going on for a week... when I block one number they call me from another. I have repeatedly asked them to STOP CALLING ME that they have the wrong number... they told me it's my fault...so I'm reporting them to BBB.

This is scam company that takes advantage of people wanting to get rid of health issues. A relative bought their product, but it didn't work, and when they complained and canceled any more orders, they said the product would not work unless they bought something else that the relative never knew about. Now they are just calling almost on the hourly, sometimes more to get us to buy more. Blocking doesn't work as they have other numbers.
