Daily robocalling about a past due balance of $6. I understand I owe this amount, and I intend to pay it, but I did not receive a bill, and I would prefer they call me from their regular number so I can identify it. This number is not associated with them on a quick Google search. Of course I'm not going to answer. Send me the bill, so I can send my final check; don't harass me at all hours.

Called to update my autopay information as my CC expiration date was approaching. They initially called me and identified themselves as WOW Collections Department. When they requested sensitive information for verification I requested that we terminate the call and I call back after verifying the phone number. Agent was polite and provided additional information to help with the verification. I checked enough to determine the caller was legitimate. When I returned the call a different agent answered but was polite and updated the information as required. Most of the time I admit to not enjoying calls with service providers but in this case (granted in the best interest of WOW and me) I appreciated the reminder to update.
