he wanted to make sure someone was going to be home will i.d. to deliver court doc. so I hung up at googled the number.

A man called in asking to speak to one of my employees. I asked if it was a personal call, because it sounded like a telemarketer, and he said "Maam. You employee is being sued and I need to double check your address to file paperwork and have it delivered." I told him no. And he got very pushy with me. I told him no personal calls here at work, and I hung up. He called back. I told him the same thing. He called from a different number and I told him the same thing. He won't answer questions, just needs me to deliver a # to my employee to keep them out of court. Doesn't sound like official legal ways of doing things.

Lady said she was from WIS- Worldwide investigation services and I was being sued or investigated. I asked what for and she said my record was sealed and they tried to reach me at (she read off an old address of mine) and asked if that's where I live. I told her it sounds like a scam and hung up. I immediately got a call again from the same number and I ignored it. I assume it was a scam....I have no reason to be sued or investigated. I doubt they'll call back since I didn't fall for it.

I have been getting all these scam calls since I applied for a payday loan about a month ago. This caller said she was from WIS and they were conducting an investigation about a person named Billy Scott? Sounds like bull$hit to me!!
