This is the real FBI tip hotline and the number is listed in the official FBI website. But the number appears to have been spoofed. The FBI is not going to call you asking for your personal information. Think about it, do you really think that the FBI is going to call you asking you personal identifying questions? They are the FBI, they have all your personal information. That would be like the Social Security Administration calling you to ask you for your Social Security Number. If the FBI is investigating you, they already know who you are, where you live, telephone numbers, and a lot more information about you and the people close to you. If you get a call from this number asking you for personal information, this is what you do. Ask the "agent" (wink wink) what office he works out of, his name, and his ID number. A real agent won't refuse that information. Tell him that you are going to hang up and do so. Then look up the number for that REAL FBI field office and call them directly. Let them know about your call. If the agent was real, they'll know who he is and can transfer you over to that agent.

So can I share my full name and current location so they can send cop to arrest me .., ****. I just cut the call and within seconds they called back. I cut the call and blocked them..

NOT THE REAL FBI. SCAMMERS! REAL FBI WILL CALL YOU USING YOUR LOCAL AREA CODE. I literally just got done placing a tip over the phone. I got 5 calls back to back from this number. I assumed it was the FBI tip line calling me back for info. I called the REAL tip line back, and explained what happened. she told me that the FBI would never call from this number. it's a SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO. SCAMMERS USE THAT NUMBER TO INDIMIDATE. DO NOT EVEN PICK IT UP. She literally told me "don't even answer it."

The person talked in a super fake accent saying his name as George and he is calling from FBI and I need to report to the local police station because someone issued an arrest warrent againt me and I need to report or else cop will come to my place tomorrow. He must be an **** to do this.

Bruh, FBI actually put that number at their site, BUT 1800 is for Washington, if we check Hotline tip numbers on fbi.gov, it will get us another number.

They're a great organization, The FBI are among the most Elite criminal task force agencies in the world! If you've been called by this number (Which I highly doubt) just know that it's the real deal so don't go trying to mess with them! Also I just thought I'd give a review so people are aware that if someone were to "Jokingly" give you that phone number claiming its theirs or somebody Else's, Don't listen!!!
