My cell phone shows the number 1-800-225-5345. When I picked up, a robot told me that I have a unpicked package from DHL. I stayed online, in few second, a male talked to me in Chinese. I said that it is hard for me to believe that this is not a scam. He started to say very bad words in Chinese and hanged up. A minute later, I called this number 1-800-225-5345, a male picked up the phone and speaks in fluent English. He was very polite and said the phone number is DHL's service line. I am very confused. Is this a new technology that adopted by these sophisticated scammers? Bottom line, do not give your personal information over phone without verification.
