DID NOT KNOW WHY HE WAS CALLING WHEN ASKED (Scam call) reported by VAS
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN HIS SPEAKING SAYING "OK MAN" TO A CUSTOMER. DID NOT KNOW MY NAME, SAID SOMEONE WAS ON SITE WHEN I LOOK AT MY SURVALLIENCE CAMERAS NO ONE WAS AROUND. ASKED IF THIS WAS A SCHEDULED VISIT AND DID NOT HAVE AN ANSWER. FINALLY TELLS ME THAT THEY ARE THERE TO SEE IF MY SYSTEM WAS WORKING PROPERLY AND I TOLD HIM YES SO HE QUICKLY HUNG UP THE PHONE. VERY SUSPICIOUS. CALLER ID SHOWED ADT LLC WHEN THE COMPANY IS ADT INC. NUMBER DOES NOT MATCH ANY COMPANY NUMBERS ON RECORD. BE AWARE!!!!!
