They signed or okeyed a document thatlo authorizes that they are ok with a document I had sent them. I don't understand why they keep calling. keep blocking this number.

A person with a heavy foreign accent left message for a name I've never heard of. He gave no reason for the call, asked for a return call and said he was with Wells Fargo Bank. Caller ID only shows the phone number.
