quicken loan seems to help some. long ago we were going with them approved. last minute after 4mo of waiting told us they couldnt help us. we went local and closed our loan within 2weeks. we had good credit. I wont even talk to their consultants as I dont trust them, and cant bieve what they tell u. they hound u with many calls until u accept their services.
