They say they are Microsoft but they aren"t. Pull tricks to convince you that you have a virus. HANG UP DON'T SPEAK TO THEM AT ALL! They continue to call all hours of the nite even tho I told them I work on computers and screamed at them to stop calling.

This number would not stop calling until I answered the call. I did not give the caller a chance to peddle whatever it was he was trying to sell and I demanded that he stop calling this number and that I had already reported the number to the FCC as I am on the no call registry. I hung up, reported the call and blocked the number.

This guy calls in the middle of the night saying my computer has virus. At first, I thought it might have been true since I was using my computer at the moment, but I had a few computers at home so I asked Which one? The guy was quite rude and said my pc has detected virus. Then I knew it was a scam because I only have 3 macs at home with no windows system. Then the guys said they messed up something and hanged up.
