"Verizon" telemarketer. Wanted my Verizon passcode to be able to give me a rebate on next months bill. This is a scam. I called Verizon directly *611 and they said they would never call and ask for the pin number.

I called Verizon and emailed [email protected] They had some personal information which is troubling. I'm pretty sure Verizon was hacked or an old employee stole our information and sold it on the web. This is a phishing scam. The hackers want your username and last 4 of your social to add lines to your account and purchase equipment. Do not give them any info and make sure to email the address above. Verizon is trying to hide that our info was compromised and won't tell you anything except that it's not them.
