I talked with Comcast about downgrading my service. I currently pay $139/mo for TV and internet. I asked for a quote to keep the same channel line-up, but drop the HD channels. After 18 minutes on hold he came back on the line and said: "the best plan I have for you is $420/month". WHAT??? They are nuts!!! They are not interested MY needs... only more MONEY in their pockets. Poor customer service & shady business practices. I'm looking for a new provider. Heck with them.....
