This really is from Comcast/ Xfinity. This was a robocall to inform me of a service outage due to cable improvements in the area of my home in Seattle. Useful information, annoying that it was a robocall.

This is a telephone number that if you do an online search it says the number belongs to 'Comcast'. The number has been spoofed, hijacked, hacked, or whatever you want to call it. This is NOT an outgoing call number for Comcast. It is setup to receive calls. Listen to the background noise. If it is truly coming from Comcast you will NOT hear others talking. The company is aware of the issue and are trying to get it resolved. The FCC and FTC are involved with this issue in an effort to get to the bottom of it. This is happening with other companies and even numbers belonging to individuals.
