We called USAA Fraud Dept as listed on the USAA website - they claim this phone number is NOT USAA.

It was someone using a number associated with the USAA fraud dept. We were immediately suspicious since the call was coming in on a phone that we do not have listed with our accounts at USAA. Also it is an old number that we never use anymore/landline. So we called Usaa back immediately with the fraud number listed on my card, and they were not involved with the call. They claim that someone is using their number to solicit card numbers. I checked my accounts and there were no flags or any unusual activity. Never give info to these people unless they can prove who “they” are.

We do have an account - we called the USAA Fraud line on the USAA website. They confirmed there was no suspicious activity - and that this Number Is NOT USAA.
