Weird Tech Call (Call centre) reported by Montana
Today I was called by a man claiming to be someone from Apple (+1 800 275 2273) he asked me no personal questions but only about the Apple device I sent back to them in exchange for getting a new one. I told him what was wrong with it ( I am not going into detail here). What’s weird is I am living in Europe and they called from the US. Again I did not give any Information bout myself and he did not ask me about.... but still, I was creeped out.

Apple, iPhone, iMac, etc, (Apple.com), This is the legit Apple Support number. The problem is scammers are spoofing it. If you dial this number yourself you will call Apple. The calls you get might be scams.

They said they are the support services for Microsoft (Scam call) reported by Pat
I wanted to login to Amazon and there was a pop up that took over my computer and started speaking via the speakers saying "do not turn off your computer, someone have used your IP address at an illegal site. Call this Microsoft phone number for help (1800 278 0467) When I called a man with an Indian accent answered and said welcome to Microsoft support. When I disconnected the call he quickly called back 2 times with (1800 275 2273).
