They left me a message, (I know that Apple does not contact you, unless you set up a appointment) they said to not use any credit card information on my phone until I talk to them, they gave the number of 855-449-3738. This is not a Apple number!! I contacted Apple and confirmed that this is NOT APPLE. It comes up on caller ID as APPLE STORE.

Apple never calls its customers. It was in fact a scam. I actually called the real Apple support number and they confirmed 1 it was a scam and 2 they’d never call their customers.
