Called wanting to review my services to see if I wanted to lower my bill if I would provide my PIN, I told him we had just done that 2 months earlier and he accepted that and hung up.

Scam telemarking call, asked for my ssn, and few other things to “reset” my account. Clearly a scam. It’s trying to be really sneaky because this scammer is using a very similar number to the actual AT&T 800 number. Be ware and block it!

Same... thought it was real until it asked for last four of ssn... said account was suspended, and I needed to continue to clear... this is one digit off of a REAL # for AT&T 800.288.2020. Called real#, they affirmed account was fine, and they'd investigate... suggest you document, let ATT know, and block. I have some real creative ideas how to punish them, but involves * and cramming down throats,so will refrain from sharing...
