Multiple calls received from number. I answered it and they said they were from western dental and I had missed an appointment for a check up on my procedure. I made an appointment for another office, but when I went there, I was told I wasn't in there system. I called my usual branch, but was told there was no appointments made. I suspect this number is in cahoots with medical identity theft, and wanted to verify me for future fraudulent charges. Sadly I fell for it, had western dental not had a habit of not using their offical number I wouldn't let my guard down

So a man called me and said he was from Brident dental. He told me the call was recorded then asked for my date of birth. I told him I dont give out my info over the phone. He said, "But I'm from Brident." I said, "Okay. But I don't know you." He seemed flustered and said he could not give me my info without verifying who I was. I told him I didn't need to know what Brident had to say and that I would call Brident later to make an appointment once the covid numbers were down. I hung up and called Brident. They had no idea why someone from their company would be calling me on a Saturday afternoon and that they don't need anything from me.

LIKELY SCAM CENTER! BEWARE! These people claiming to be Western Dental somehow know that I had an appointment that I cancelled. They called twice in one day the day after the actual cancellation. The first call was something basic, such as some kind of survey or quality of service inquiry. There was actually someone in thw background saying they are also from Western Dental (another scammer calling probably). After stating your name (creepy), they always lead with the fact that the call is recorded for customer quality purposes (another red flag). The second call, they begin to request personal information. The moment they asked for my D.O.B, I hung up and blocked the number. By this point, their accents aren't very obvious, and can easily be confused another. In hindsight, in now know that the number that was calling me is not a Western Dental in my area, or anyone else area for that matter. This is an 800 number, and businesses located in specific cities/counties will have that cities/counties area code phone # lead.

They called twice to remind me that I didn't make my appointment and would I like to reschedule. I said I was there for my appointment but I walked out and will not be going there anymore. They still wanted to reschedule. I said no, I took my business elsewhere. Let's see if they keep calling.

I get called every week sometimes twice if they have a special they want me to sign up for some credit card program to get dental work I don’t want. I answered once and said no to stop calling but they don't understand.
