They called me and left a message, saying they were with wells fargo fraud department. I haven't used my card recently so there should be no reason for the fraud department to be calling - if there is suspect, they call immediately. I googled and nothing under this number shows up under wells fargo's call page. Called the number on the back of my card and the lady with wells fargo said "that isn't one of our numbers" and to report it. They just called me again - this was after I spoke with wells fargo and learned there was no problem with my account to begin with

Robocall from Wells Fargo Bank seeking to verify purchases I actually made with my own ATM card linked to my checking account. It's a legitimate call--the computer knew the amount and location of the purchase attempts (one went through, the other was declined).
