"Fico" at 1-800-307-8320 gave me a "Verified" Robo-call and I followed the steps they laid out, feel awful that I did, the fact that my checking balance isn't in the negatives makes more uneasy... I suggest you call your bank ASAP if you get a call like this!

Thought this was a scam call so I ended up hanging up and dialing Alaska USA from the number listed in the app - turns out it was the Alaska Fraud department calling to ask if I had made a recent transaction. I had not- it was a fraudulent charge and this was Alaska USA calling to verify. Not sure what all the other posts are about. If you are unsure use Alaska's 907 number or your local number from the app to call them directly instead of dealing with 800 numbers that all look the same.

This is a fraudulent phone call by a man and a woman, saying they are from Dell Support. They are not. They are looking for money and pretending to fix computer. Dell company says they are not legite.

Was called from this number, and I back checked through my bank. Call was legitimate. My card was being defrauded.

Called my bank because I was suspicious, they said my account and card show no holds/concerns and verified recent purchases that I did indeed make myself. Don't answer or call them back, they have nothing to do with the bank.

Got a fraud text alert Then a call that i answered and was on hold for 30 minutes.. Then called my bank and they had no recollection of the text or call and now all my money was removed from checking and savings. Went to FBFundraiser I don't know what that is. Now trying 2 get my money back
