We have a Visa. Got the same notice above in a voicemail. Us: Read text of voicemail and called number with case number. Them: When they picked, they didn’t care about “case number”. Asked for cc #. Us: Offered last 4. Them: “No, we need all numbers.” Us: Gave it. Them: “Now, what is expiration date on this card?” Us: ” “No way. goodbye.” Hung up
