This number called me and left a voicemail about they will be here to set up service next day between whatever hours they said. I called main spectrum # back to verify because I do not have spectrum account, never asked to set up service. I didn't want someone showing up and wasting their time. Customer service said they weren't showing a new service account set up for next day for my phone #/address. And I verified I had the number for over 15 years. She said mostly likely a scam call that cloned Spectrum #.

they say they are from charter spectrum business however, charter spectrum KNOWS to contact corporate for any questions or issues with our service. We do not handle that in any way.
