Scum debt collector trying to collect on a debt which was resolved 8 years ago. Used a very threatening message and they also call family members trying to extort money. I called back and spoke with someone with my attorney. They claimed its a mistake and they'll correct their info. Pretty obvious they're just a scummy, illegal collector trying to collect on old, dead or settled debt.

Very threatening message left for me by Robert Wyatt. I called in and spoke with Diane. Tried collecting on a debt past it's statute of limitations. They claim to have sent me important paperwork yet they cannot provide me a tracking number. I told them this debt hasn't had activity since 2008 and it's way past the statute of limitations. It's since been resolved. I'm told last activity was 2012 which is not true. Then she said she'll check and put me on hold..came back and said there's an error and 2012 is not accurate. Apologized and said I'll be removed from the list. Pretty obvious though that they used threatening tactics on debt past statute of limitations to collect. Scum of the earth trying to collect money on illigetimate debt. They also leave the same threatening messages for family members hoping to extort a quick payment. Total scum.
