Said my computer was giving them information of problems and asked if I installed anything new recently. I've told them dell doesn't contact you, you have to call dell, this is a scam call (something they have been having issues with and sent out an e-mail about to all those they have serviced, warning about this exact thing) upon saying that he tried to tell me how lovely my voice was as I hung up the phone... report these calls to www.dell.com/reportphonescam to help them track down who is doing this.
