it is a scam they have no record of who you are and just have a phone list looking to get you to give that money for whatever reason I wonder if this is how the Taliban or Isis or whatever else they're calling themselves these days or funding themselves cannot trace your call do not know where you're calling from where is our government on this matter good evening help there is plenty people who would love to work for the government and make a difference not just get a paycheck
