I Sent Cease and Desist Letter to Capital One, two addresses and called them (Capital one for Maurice’s AND regular Credit Capital One,) and I Notified FTC and reported them to the CA Attorney General These are harassing calls to a Do No Call #. They are calling someone who doesn't live here nor is this their phone numbers. I cannot stop these call. They have called as many as 50 times a day.

They sound legit, but they didn't explain the purpose of the call and immediately start asking for info like card number, name, dob, etc. They called me on the number that's not registered with the account (not registered with any accounts). I think it's an attempts to get all my info.
