Pam left a message to call this number for QVC customer service for important information regarding my account. I haven't used QVC in a long time so I went online and got the normal QVC customer service number and called them instead. I told them that someone had left a message using a different customer service number saying they were from QVC so the gal checked my account and told me that they were contacting me because someone had made an unsuccessful attempt to access my account and QVC locked my account to protect it and wanted me to know. When I had gone to the normal QVC website and tried to access my account, it was locked. I am glad they notified me, and I am also glad that I double checked using their regular QVC customer service number instead of this one.
