This is a scam. I kept calling back to tell them I don't have a Citibank account and they said "Ok we've removed you from our list" and they keep calling.

This number calls all the time. I usually mute my phone during business hours and when I review calls received in bee teen meetings, this number is there everyday. Never a voicemail. Anyone that has something important or that I value, would leave a message--even if it regarding a late payment or something from one of the major banks or lenders. And they follow nup with emails and snail mail. Nothing with my time, or anyone's time, comes from these kinds of numbers. I haven't blocked it yet because at this point it is mildy amusing--that a company is so shady and poorly run that they actually use this method or a system that auto dials like that. You'd have to have lived under rock for a decade or be a tech non-adopter cut off from the mainstream to not be struck by the obviosness. It's like the furniture rental, Pawn Shop, "cash-NOW" block in any given city. AKA "Yea, Riiiight" businesses. Had to look it up out of curiosity--grateful for modern info accessibility! This number is BS--rated accordingly. Thanks for maintaining!
