It’s a loan officer from citi loan services claiming the can refinance my auto loan, the guys name was j.r. He said he sent a paper in the mail, which I haven’t received. And even if I did I would just burn them. The real problem is the business practices of trying to get you to call them. Report them to the bbb. I did.

1800 number (Telemarketer) reported by


1800 391-4346. "Rex Roberts" from Citi Lending left a message describing how he received a loan application in my name with some missing information. When I called back this turned out t be a bait call so they could try to get me to refinance my auto loan. I asked for the manager who also pushed the refinancing and ignored my stance on the obvious unethical business practices used by"Rex" and Citi Lending.

This voicemail seems suspicious because it doesn't say who he's calling for, and I received 4 similar voicemails last year (2016). This voicemail was essentially just "Hey... this is Rex Roberts I'm one of the credit managers over here at City Lending; I sent you some information about your auto loan blablabla... Please call me back at 1 800 blablabla."
