A lady with a strong accent stated I had not paid my loan since April. Tried to authenticate herself with my address and my name to my phone number. I am debt free. I didn't get a letter from you all in April. I better not get something taped to my house! This ruse has been going on since 2009 with them? How are they still doing illegitimate things from this number?

The caller claimed to be calling from Flagstar Financial Services and asked for my account number and social security number. The same number also left me a voice message saying this was not a sales call. I contacted Flagstar and the company had not made the calls.

I got a robo-call that claimed to be from my mortgage lender regarding an "important matter." They didn't state any details and requested a call back during business hours that didn't match my lender's hours. I called my lender on their legit helpline number (obtained through their website), and they said this number is NOT a registered number with their company. Everything with my account looks perfect, and they instructed me not to call the spam number back because it's a scam.
