A woman named Ruby called and asked for me by name. She wanted me to verify my DOB and the last four of my SSN. I was very hesitant because it seemed like a scam call. After I refused to give her that info, she gave me their website and my reference number. I had to create an online account and password to view my account, but found out it was a past due medical bill I owed for my son and didn't know about. Thank god I answered and went online! It was getting ready to be reported to my credit. After I saw when and where it was from, I called back and paid it. This saved my credit because I'm getting ready to buy a new home.

this is the second time receiving a call from these people. both times i was at work so it registered as a miss call from number 419 that’s all that shows up in my call log but they leave a voicemail with this 800 number as callback
