Cancelled service and they want me back. Over charged me as a loyal customer for 20 years. When financial/health issues came up and I had to temporarily cancel services they double charged my debit card and continued to bill me for two months after I cancelled. I called so many times trying to get it straightened out and they ran me in circles. My contract had been up for years. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will tell everyone that will listen about how horrible they treat loyal customers. Too many choices out there to do business with a company like this one.

wanting security information for alarm system they called me (Scam call) reported by bob almond
person called me said they were Brinks security then the put me on hold transferred me to tec. service where they wanted to know my password and security code to prove who i am. I said as they had called me they did not need that information, They kept pushing for making me uncomfortable.
