I contacted my local mediacom office about this phone number stating concerns about the claim that my bills were behind despite being several months ahead on my payments. I was informed that this phone number was not and had never been a mediacom number, and was told to call the support number to report a scam/fraud/impersonation. I was assured it was already being investigated. DO NOT give this caller ANY info regarding your account, as far as I have been able to tell, the number isn't even owned by someone living in the states, or even a real person.
