Called me and said from 5th 3rd, can I please have your date of birth. I said No. She (foreigner) said I totally understand. Call your bank and tell them this number called you. I said no. You called me, so what do you want? She said sorry for inconvenience. Said to her if she is part of a scam then I she should be disappointed in herself. Said no she part of 5th 3rd. I hung up.

never said where they were calling from, but left a message saying they have a case against me. wanted me to call the number back, or they would come to my place of employment. I never called back, and I won't. nobody has showed up to my place of employment, it has been a week, and they are still calling. I owe nobody.

First third Bank on caller ID not 5/3 (Scam call) reported by


Said that a urgent financial matter needed to be resolved. Asked for personal info. Asked what it was for. Said they couldn't disclose the info without my date of birth. Said I will go into my bank and discuss the matter myself. They got frustrated and ask that I go ahead and call them back on the 800 number on my caller ID. Which says First Third Bank. This is not my financial institution.

I just got the same call and I did the same thing. I told the foreigner I have no issues with 5thThird bank, he said it was not a sales call but it was important. I don’t think so, bye Felecia

5/3 claiming they want to speak to me. Need BD, SS and account # to identify myself. Calling 2-3 times a day. We checked our 5/3 accounts and all up to date and good. These people suck and should be shut down. We are moving our accounts away from 5/3

We have received 4 calls in the last 2 days. 2 calls on Sunday & 2 on Monday around 8:30 am & after 6pm...they say they are a fifth-third bank but these are not banking hours! We are on the accounts so that isn't an issue. We are going to our bank tomorrow to inform them of this.
