Legitimate Call. HSBC calling to notify me I missed a payment, which I did. My phone flagged it as potential Scam Caller, and it didn't help that they don't respond to the call screening service or leave voicemails. I finally answered after the 8th call or so in 3 days. They asked if I could make the payment through the HSBC website and suggested I enroll in text message or email reminders.

Claimed money owing on a credit card. The online site shows a clear balance. Relentless calls that wouldn't happen if it was HSBC.
