A very thick Eastern Indian accented lady, and I use the term LADY very loosely, said I needed to pay her for a flight we sent our son on...back in September 2018 that was paid for in full, ticket issued, flight taken. She rudely stated that "I WILL listen to her, she went into a tirade that was unbelievable. I told her she was rude, a scammer and not to call again before ending the call. She immediately called me back and yelled at me that I WILL LISTER TO HER AND PAY HER. I told her to mail me anything she felt led to...she said she would send it to collections. Understand that the ticket was paid for...period. Cheapo Air needs to be aware...
