Called and asked if I was my first name only, I did not answer. Tried to verify my address, I told them that if I wanted to speak with Direct TV that I would look up their number and call them. Hung up the phone. They called twice in 30 minutes. This is a scam call when they can't give you credentials and ask you to verify information. Said they wanted to give me a deal on the TV service, I already have them and pay half as much. Shouldn't an employee know that?
