Called at 5:22pm and when I picked up, they did not speak. I said "hello" 3 times and they then hung up. Called number back and got automated message saying they are a market research firm conducting political research and they are not subject to do not call rules because they are a market research firm. Blocked the number,

They asked if i was debbie. I said they had the wrong number and they said sorry and i hung up. I believe it was likely a survey or telemarketer looking for my mother, who is on my cell phone account with a different phone number. I didnt stay on long enough to find out more.
