It had called me multiple times. When I called back, it said it was a phone directory, but it said "there is no such listing 'do not call'." It recognised the words, but refused to do it.

This is the number for Toll Free Directory Assistance. Please, could someone tell me who, how or why 98 of you SIA users gave this number a negative rating. I'm fairly certain this 1800 Toll Free Number would never make an incoming call to a personal cell phone unless you in some fashion initiated the connection between the 2 numbers? In any case how or why does this possibility call for 98 negative ratings?
